today had canoe land trainin
the gym stuff sux to the core
omg la i can't even really do all those gym stuff
all those weights are so heavy can't even carry it
shoulder press is the worst
when i lift up the bar my hands were shaking
one of my senior faster rush and save me so thankful to him
coz i feel that i nearly die by the weights things it is super heavy to me
now i have more fear towards gym rather than running =(
tmr i have water trainin yea
i am so lazy nowadays
i got so many stuff waiting for me to do but i juz don't bother rahhh
1)tidy my desk
2)tidy my wardrobe
3)study for my math UT 3
4)sort up some stuff in my lappy
5)faster read finish my storybook 'breaking dawn'
