today training was power
i'm totally sunburn la feeling damn pain now
today paddle big 4 rounds
there was this one moment when i was paddling
i turn behind and look i was shock that there isn't anyone behind me
and also there isn't anyone infront of me
den i start to feel scare as i dunno where the route is no one to follow
the worst is wat if i capsize who is coming to save me
aft trainin did 2oo pumping tired sia
den aft trainin went to mac eat den head off to work
today i pon my bball trainin so that i can go to work
so long nv pon le.wondering should nxt week pon too haha =x
tmr going to church den hopefully can go shoppin wit wan ting haha
wanted to go suntec shop but i think suntec will be very pack
so in the end think will go to ord ba
hopefully i can buy smth i lyk haha
