morning when to canoe traininsian i nearly got a chance to tryout on K2
but in the end not enough time to change over
i dunno why aft trainin on my way meeting tw and von
i juz feel down and frustrated i dunno why i'm that piss off
maybe because i frustrated over myself that i still cnt really get the right stroke
frustrated that everyone is improving alot but i'm not improving that much
frustrated that i cannot get the things right ARGH
mon i shall increase my weights and chiong
and think nxt time every water session i shall take it seriously to practise my strokes
aft trainin went to wild wild wet
playing always make me forget abt my frustration haha
it was very fun
i love to play the U thing damn fun
i was screaming damn loud when the person push us down
i can feel that i nearly fly out haha super fun
but i only play that game for 5 times i think
von la so lazy dun wan acc me play that game
coz need to carry that float up which is heavy
while i was in the wave pool
i was injure coz the stupid wave so big make my float capsize
den my knee hit the floor and i got one wound
now den i realise when you are dark and you got a wound it's so ugly coz it's very obvious
aft the family float ride when i wanna come out form the float
i slip and fell back into the float damn funny la
i was so ps and started to laugh
den the lifeguard also saw that and he laugh with us haha
overall it's such a tired day i got burn burn burn
