this morning went for my appoinment doc say i can start exercise aft two weeks
den i reply ''huh?! sure a not so fast jiu can exercise le ah" hahaa
den doc reply''yup or u want one month?''
and i reply ''eh nvm i think 3 weeks can le haha''
i hope coach will allow me to have self-running rather than joing the guys for training haha

this two days have been slacking at home reading, meeting lee and miss cute:)
read a cleo magazine and there was session abt running workout
and i decided to follow it. it seems cool but tough. but nvm i will juz try out hhahaa.
and there was one quote where they written '' research has shown that listening to upbeat music during a workout can distract you from fatigue and increase endurance by 15%''
hiak hiak hiak i shall try it on sat if i'm able to wake up for a run HAHA
argh i will miss gym trainin and water training tons :(
but nvm think on the bright side aft three weeks when i go back for gym training, u should have graduated and i guess wont be able to see your presence anymore coz you wont be so free to come down for training yeaaaaa~
a real smile or not. dun wish to think, as long as i dont see your presence i think it would be better for me.
